REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Administrative Affairs Re-Allocation of Funds

Whereas, the Executive Officers of ASUCI have been charged with the duty of maintaining the budget and all matters contained therein,

Whereas, ASUCI is a constantly changing body of people, ideas, and programs, and therefore, needs to remain dynamic,

Whereas, the Garden Commission currently maintains a surplus due to being funded in totality by The Green Initiative Fund,

Whereas, this funding has a necessity to be appropriated for end of the year expenses such as office banquet awards,

Therefore, let it be resolved that $2,000 will be transferred from account 6423-7340 Garden Commission into 6420-7300 Contingency
