All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the ASUCI Legislative Council At-Large Representatives are hosting a school-wide event, Whereas Dean Salinger has expressed interest in having the At-Large Representatives host a student panel, Whereas many of our constituents are undecided/undeclared, Whereas many constituents have voiced that they would like to hear other students' experiences, Whereas Dean Salinger will be free to attend this event on Tuesday, April 17, 2011 from 5-7pm, Whereas we will provide eight (8) pizzas and soda for attendees, Let it be resolved that $150 be taken from Council Unallocated Account (#6501-7120) to cover the cost of the Figure It Out event as follows: Eight (8) Costco pizzas @ $10.99 each ...................................... $87.92 Eight (8) 2-Liter sodas @ $2.99 each ...................................... $23.92 Utensils (plates, cups, napkins) ..........................................$15.92 Total plus tax (8.75%) ............................................ $138.94 [ $11.06 extra to cover any price changes between now and the event ] |
