All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas it is essential for Legislative Council to have a form of proper dress for meetings, as well as on campus, Whereas, it is essential for students to be able to recognize the members of Legislative Council as their representatives and part of ASUCI, Whereas each member of the Legislative Council needs their own polo to better represent their fellow students, Whereas a set of polos were ordered from UCItems for each Legislative Council member, Whereas one embroidered polo shirt cost $21.55, Whereas the total cost for 11 polos for all new Legislative Council members is $237.05, Whereas $10 were collected from all Council members who ordered a polo shirt, Whereas the total amount collected was $110, Whereas the $110 dollars was given to Jasper, UCItems Manager immediately after collection, Whereas there is $127.05 still owed to UCItems, Let it be resolved that $127.05 be allocated from Unallocated Account 6591-7120 to pay for the unpaid balanced owed to UCItems |
