All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas ASUCI Legislative Council will be hosting a Humanities Town Hall, Whereas the objective of the town hall is to inform students about recent events about the Humanities and to bring administrators and students together, Whereas a reservation for a lecture hall, SSLH 100, has been made for the town hall on the 7th of March, Whereas in addition to the reservation of the room a request for "smart classroom" technology has been made to accommodate potential presentations, Whereas the sum cost of the reservation, microphones, and smart classroom technology is $60.00 dollars, Whereas Legislative Council needs to pay the student center in order to maintain its reservation, Whereas the town hall funds have already been signed off for by the proper advisors in ASUCI, Let it be resolved, that $60.00 be taken out of Legislative Council's unallocated fund and be used to pay for the Humanities Town Hall specifically from, acount number 7115 sub account 6501. |
