All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Reggaefest

WHEREAS our Wayzgoose sponsorship revenue exceeded projections, so we do not need to allocate as much ASUCI fee money to this event as we had projected last spring.

WHEREAS Reggaefest ticket sales are expected to bring in $10,000.

LET IT BE RESOLVED that we increase the Reggaefest income account $10,000

LET IT FURTHER BE RESOLVED  we increase the Reggaefest entertainment 6140-7435 account to $10,000
