All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Campuswide EEE Survey for Strategic Planning

Whereas, it is ASUCI Legislative Council's duty to outreach to the student body's concerns,

Whereas, Legislative Council's seventh strategic issue indicates we should "establish new and leverage existing relationships in order to continue to expand our reach,"

Whereas, it is our objective to "have students become invested in their representative and be satisfied with the work of their representative,"

Whereas, it was suggested as the Measure of Success to submit a "school wide surveys, to have students demonstrate whether they know their representative.  If they do, have them express the level of satisfaction regarding the work of the representative,"

Whereas, resources such as prizes and awards are required to achieve a successful amount of responses to the survey,

Let it be resolved, that $150 dollars be allocated from Legislative Council unallocated fund to provide a one day Disneyland ticket and 5 $10 In-N-Out gift cards to be raffled off as incentives to participate in the survey,
 

Let it further be resolved, that the survey take place every Spring Quarter during Week 6 & 7,


 

Let it further be resolved, that the EEE survey will consist of four questions as listed below in bold,
