All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Business Dean Student Luncheon

 Whereas, it is the responsibility of ASUCI Business Representatives to serve as a liaison between students and faculty,

Whereas, the student-dean luncheon provides a channel for the deans and students to share any questions, comments, and concerns about the School of Business,

Whereas, the Business Student-Dean Luncheon was held Friday, April 13, 2012 (12-1PM),

Whereas, food and drinks were purchased and provided at the Student-Dean Luncheon to create a casual and inviting atmosphere,

Whereas, the cost of the luncheon was $114,

Whereas, the invoice and receipt for the luncheon will be made available to the Finance Committee,

Let it be resolved that $114 be allocated from Council Unallocated Account #6501-7120 towards the cost of food and drinks.
