REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Council Transitional Meeting Expenses

Whereas, a transitional meeting is an important process when moving from one Legislative Council to the next,

Whereas, this meeting will take place on Sunday, May 20, 2012,

Whereas, this meeting will be for an extended time from 10am to 2pm,

Whereas, providing food for the new council members is only courteous gesture to them,

Whereas, we do have the money in council unallocated,

Let it be resolved, that $300 be allocated from 6501-7120 Council Unallocated to be spent on food,

Let it further be resolved, that if any of the money is unused that it be transferred back into Council Unallocated.
