All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas the office of Academic affairs reallocated $6,830 during mid year allocation for speakers and debate, increasing their funds to $15,920.44, Whereas, the office of academic affairs had planned for a speaker week 10 of Spring 2012, Whereas, the speaker is no longer able to commit to this quarter and wants to postpone til next year, Whereas, ASUCI needs to spend the money this fiscal year or else the funds go to reserves, Whereas, ASUCI is still hosting the annual Reggaefest concert which will need the money, Therefore, let it be resolved that the following accounts are decreased/increased.
Decrease in: - Speakers and Debate (6423-7270 - $12,420.44) Increase in: - Reggaefest (6423-7435 - $12,420.44) |
