All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Office of Academic Affairs: Budget Re-Allocation

Whereas, the Executive Officers of ASUCI have been charged with the duty of maintaining the budget and all matters contained therein,

Whereas ASUCI is a constantly changing body of people, ideas, and programs, and therefore, needs to remain dynamic,

Whereas, The Visions Leadership program, within the Office of Academic Affairs, is planning to finish the 2011-2012 academic year with a significant increase in student development and campus interaction,

Whereas, the Visions team has created a detailed summary of how they will benefit from additional funding,

Whereas, the Speakers and Debate commission has effectively managed their account, and currently has a large surplus,

Let it be resolved, therefore, that $250 will be transferred from account 6423-7270 (Speakers and Debate) to account 6423-7240 (Visions Leadership)
