REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Reggaefest Reallocation Cont.

Whereas the office of Executive Vice Presidents office was able to save money on transportation costs through out the year,

 

Whereas the EVP office has remaining funds in their budget that will not be used for the rest of the year,

Whereas, ASUCI needs to spend the money this fiscal year or else the funds go to reserves,

Whereas, ASUCI is still hosting the annual Reggaefest concert which will be able to use the money,  

Therefore, let it be resolved that the following accounts are decreased/increased.

 

Decrease in:

-          Executive vice President $1,500.00 (Travel Account #6409-7160)

Increase in:

-          Reggaefest (6423-7435 - $1,500.00)
