All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the 2011-2012 Academic Year has concluded for Legislative Council, Whereas unity is needed as Council members continue their leadership with ASUCI, Whereas there is money left over in Council Unallocated account to be used, Whereas if not used the money will be turned over to reserves, Whereas the proper money amount was not allocated correctly to the 2012-2013 Council Polos, Whereas is is inly fitting to give council a parting item from Legislative Council, Let it further be resolved that the we use $150 from Account # 6501-7120 Council Unallocated to fund the 2012-2013 Council Polos, Let it further be resolved that we use $900 from Account # 6501-7120 Council Unallocated to fund the 2011-2012 Council Cardigans, Let it further be resolved that if any money is left over that it will be returned to Account # 6501-7120 Council Unallocated for further programming. |
