All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, the new Executive Officers begin their term in office on Commencement Day,
Whereas, an Executive Retreat resulted in a budget that was approved by the incoming executives,
Whereas the Legislative Council is tasked with “Appropriating all ASUCI fee income and requiring a timely and accurate accounting of income and expenditure of all funds” (ASUCI Constitution, Article IV, Section B, Subsection 1),
Let it be resolved that Legislative Council hereby approve the 2013-2014 ASUCI Budget shown as follows:
