REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Legislative Council Retreat

 Whereas the ASUCI Legislative Council has not yet had a retreat for the 2013-2014 academic year; and

Whereas it is customary for the ASUCI Legislative Council to have such retreats; and

 

Whereas it has been decided by the Public Committee to hold a Bonfire Retreat for all Legislative Council members to attend; and

 

Whereas such an event would help Council members become more acquainted with one another and thus result in more open and comfortable discussions while during meeting,

 

Let it be resolved that $26.64 will be taken out of Legislative Council’s Unallocated Account (#6501-7115) to subsidize the costs for ASUCI’S Legislative Council Open House on November 7th as listed in the budget below,
