All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Removal of funds from UCSA | |

| WHEREAS ASUCI voted to withdraw from the UC Student Assocation for the remainder of this academic year; and
WHEREAS funds must be removed from the organization.
LET IT BE RESOLVED that the $9,000 remaining UCSA membership fees be pulled out of account 7160- 6436 and be reallocated to the EVP office programming account (7160-6409) to engage students in other statewide advocacy affairs, such as legislative hearings, organizing conferences, and other related expenses. Let it be further resolved that the EVP office produces a specific and detailed financial report on the use of the $9,000 reallcoated by this bill at both Legislative Council budget report hearings. |
