All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Reimburse Academic Affairs for Humanities Week

 Whereas, ASUCI Legislative Council members are encouraged to engage their constituents through programs that serves to enrich the lives and experiences of the students at UC Irvine and;

Whereas, ASUCI Academic Affairs Vice President Skyla Zhang and Humanities Representative Khaalidah Sidney hosted Humanities Week to broaden the academic scope of the humanities for the School of Humanities undergraduate students and the larger UC Irvine student population and;

Whereas, The Office of Academic Affairs used their funds from the Academic Engagement account to fund the food for Humanities Week and;

Whereas, ASUCI Legislative Council should fully reimburse Academic Affair’s Academic Engagement account and;

Let it finally be resolved, that ASUCI Legislative Council allocates 158.19 to the office of Academic Affairs’s Academic Engagement account (6423-7250) from ASUCI Legislative Council Unallocated Account (6501-7115).
