All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Truth and Transparency Payroll Adjustment

Whereas, due to personal reasons, one of the Truth and Transparency Co-Commissioners has stepped down from their position,

 

Whereas, due to unforeseeable circumstances, the ASUCI Office of the President needs to consolidate the two ASUCI Truth and Transparency Co-Commissioner positions to one ASUCI Truth and Transparency Commissioner,

 

Whereas this change in personnel requires an update to the financial account that pays the ASUCI Truth and Transparency Co-Commissioner,

 

Let it be resolved that ASUCI Office of the President Personnel Account 6012-7000 be amended from “Truth and Transparency Commission – 2 Commissioner Split of $52.50 x 18 cycles” to “Truth and Transparency Commissioner – Commissioner Pay of $105 x 9 cycles”
