All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas on Thursday, February 18, the Club Leadership Assembly took place in the UCI Student Center, Emerald Bay C and, Whereas, the Club Leadership Assembly, formerly known as President's Roundtable, exists to facilitate conversation between UCI student organization leadership and ASUCI on any issue and, Whereas the event is jointly hosted by the Office of the President and the Legislative Council and, Whereas the following costs were incurred in the course of the event: Costco Pizza x2...............$19.90 Costco Water..................$5.39 Tax................................$1.67 Grand Total....................$26.96
Let it be resolved that $26.96 be withdrawn from the Legislative Council Unallocated Account #6501-7115 and be used to reimburse the people who bought the supplies listed above. |
