All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Cyber Security Stickers Reimbursement

Whereas ASUCI strives to ensure that students personal information is protected and

Whereas there is an expressed need to purchase supplies that would assist Cyber Security Week in outreaching and publicity to UCI students; and

Whereas these stickers serves to advertise for this program and the importance in educating our fellow UCI students of the dangers of identity theft and increased incidents that have occurred because of lack of knowledge; and

Whereas money from ASUCI Council unallocated is exclusively in place for legislative council use (such as school events and programs); and

Let it be resolved that recipient for the money is the marketing director for ASUCI, Nancy Herrera; and with that, any leftover money will be appropriately returned to the account; and

Therefore, let it be resolved that ASUCI’s Legislative Council authorize a monetary withdrawal from the ASUCI Council Unallocated in strict accordance with the expenditures entailed below:
