Whereas, all funding allocations in ASUCI internal accounts must be done through bills that are passed by the ASUCI Legislative Council; and,

Whereas, the ASUCI Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President has terminated one of its Retention and Recruitment (RAR) commissioners, Oliver Flores, for lack of committment and dedication to the office and the student body; and,

Whereas, the other RAR commissioner, Arturo Razo, will resume sole responsibility in running the RAR commission under the ASUCI Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President until the end of the 2015-2016 academic year; and, 

Whereas, Oliver's stipend for serving as the RAR commissioner will terminate after the salary distribution date on Wednesday, April 6th, 2016; and,

Whereas, the ASUCI Office of the Administrative Affairs Vice President would like to allocate Oliver's leftover payroll budget to fund additional programs within the Administrative Affairs office; and, 

Whereas, there is a total of $210.00 left from Oliver's stipends after his termination; and, 

Therefore, let it be resolved that the $210.00 leftover in the Administrative Affair's payroll account (6012-7300) be allocated as follows: 

$50.00 allocated to the RAR Programming Costs (6423-7345) for the ASUCI Banquet costs.

$160.00 allocated to the Training & Staff Development account (6408-7300) for training costs.
