REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ASUCI Executive Cabinet Reallocation

Whereas, it is the responsibility of the Executive Cabinet to propose the annual, mid-year, and any other budget reallocation to the Legislative Council for their approval; and,


Whereas, the ASUCI Executive Cabinet met over the course of several meetings to discuss reallocation of funds to balance the existing ASUCI budget and provide sufficient support for upcoming programs; and,

Whereas, the ASUCI Executive Cabinet has met with the SGSM Executive Director Stephanie Van Ginkel to discuss the existing ASUCI budget; and,

Whereas, the ASUCI Executive Cabinet has presented their current financial statements to the ASUCI Legislative Council; and,

Therefore, let it be resolved that the following amounts be allocated as indicated below:

$10,000 be moved from Student Programming Funding Board (7600-7600) to Mental Health Commission (6423-7085) $5000 moved from Academic Affairs's Speakers Commission (6423-7270) to Mental Health Commission $6000 moved from 6423-9201 to Mental Health Commission.
