REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Shocktoberfest reallocation legislation

Whereas, Ticket sales of Shocktoberfest are projected to bring in $13,500 more revenue than originally budgeted;

Whereas, Entertainment costs for Shocktoberfest are projected to be $11,500 more than originally budgeted;

 

Whereas, Facilities and Equipment costs for Shocktoberfest are projected to be $7,500 more than originally budgeted; therefore,

 

Let it be resolved, That the ASUCI Senate approves the following budget changes:

  • Account #7415-4620 “Ticket Sales” budget increase from $120,000.00 to $134,500.00.

  • Account #7415-6410 “Entertainment” budget increase from $105,000.00 to $115,000.00.

  • Account #7415-6412 “Facilities & Equipment R” budget increase from $75,000.00 to $79,500.00.
