REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, Senate members need a way to identify themselves to the public so that constituents can better identify their representatives, and

  

Whereas, the apparel is promotional material of ASUCI Senate, and

 

Whereas, the apparel can be used by Senate members during tabling hours, office hours, and events, and

 

Whereas, the apparel will further express our unity and involvement within the Senate, on campus, and to the larger community,

 

Therefore, let it be resolved that the Senate pays $28.14 per person ($647.22 total) and allocate $323.61 from the Senate Unallocated Fund 6501-7115, for the purpose of purchasing ASUCI Senate apparel,

Let it finally be resolved that the remaining money be returned to the Senate Unallocated Fund 6501-7115 after the apparel has been purchased.
