All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| WHEREAS, the ASUCI Senate is assisted by senate interns who aim to gain exposure of the workings of student government by networking with ASUCI senators, executives and UCI administration under the common goal of representing and advocating for students to improve their academic, social and emotional experiences at the university WHEREAS, the ASUCI Senate must publicly announce the senate intern positions for the 2017-2018 academic school year in the beginning of the Fall 2017 quarter to undergraduate students to recruit them as soon as possible WHEREAS, the ASUCI Senate branch has advertised the senate intern positions with the use of flyers designed by Senator Gissel Enriquez and Senator Kimberly Chin WHEREAS, the flyers were purchased for $60.35 by Nancy Herrera, who is in charge of marketing for ASUCI, from the Next Day Flyers Company Let it be resolved that $60.35 be withdrawn from the Advertising & Publicity Account #6406-7805 to be used to reimburse Nancy Herrera.
