All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, ASUCI Engineering Senator Jacky Wan currently sits on Engineering Student Council’s (ESC) Presidents Council and is a member of ESC’s Student Involvement Committee and

Whereas, ASUCI Senators are highly encouraged to work with organizations within their respective schools to better serve their constituents and

Whereas, UCI ESC hosted a dodgeball tournament on November 2nd and November 3rd between engineering student teams and

Whereas, dodgeball helps to promote physical health and encourage friendly competition between fellow engineers and

Whereas, ESC has asked ASUCI Senate to sponsor the prizes for this tournament and

Whereas the costs of the prizes are listed below:

3x $5 Target Gift Card

3x $5 In-N-Out Gift Card

3x $5 Chick-Fil-A Gift Card

3x $5 Starbucks Gift Card

3x $5 Taco Bell Gift Card

3x $5 Yogurtland Gift Card

Bag of Candy $12.99

Total: $102.99

Let it be resolved that $102.99 be withdrawn from the Senate Unallocated Account #6501-7805 and be used to reimburse ESC for the costs listed above.
