REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Whereas, the 2017 paint job cost for ASUCI Senate office was withdrawn from the Senate Unallocated funds and,

 

Whereas, the paint job cost was $540.50 and,

 

Whereas, Stephanie Van Ginkel, the Executive Director, has emailed Senate President, Tin Hong, the following: “We charged all the painting to my build main acct and then during mid years I will pull it out and replenish that acct- building maintenance. I am doing that for all offices,” and,


Therefore, let it be resolved that $540.50 will be reallocated from 6501-7805 Senate Unallocated account to 6202-7900 Building Maintenance account.
