All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, ASUCI Senate previously made a bill to allocate $450.00 from its account
Whereas, Khajika Soyoltulga who is the Department Coordinator for ASUCI told the Senate Finance Committee Chairperson, Julie Lim, that the Advertising & Production #6406-7805 Account cannot be used for items that are not hosted by ASUCI and that separate bills need to be made if requesting for separate reimbursement checks,
Whereas, there were 2 separate check reimbursement requesters for the Personal Finance Workshop,
Therefore let it be resolved that $384.09 will be allocated from the Council Unallocated Fund Account #6501-7805 to partially fund the Personal Workshop
