REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE ASUCI SENATE 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the President of the Senate no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The President of the Senate reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Senate session if the President of the Senate feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Sponsorship of Engineering Ball Tickets Pt. 2

Whereas, on Monday April 23rd, the Engineering President’s Council (P-Council) convened to discuss upcoming school and club updates,

Whereas, the topic of B53-12 Sponsorship of Engineering Ball Tickets was introduced to the Engineering Student Organizations (ESOs) present at the meeting,

Whereas, after introducing the sponsorship, there was an overwhelmingly positive support for B53-12,

Whereas, the Vice President of Relations for ESC, Taylor White, and Senate Intern, Evan Luu (serving as proxy for the engineering senator) have personally reached out to increase the tickets available for the ESOs who would like to attend the event,

Let it be resolved that 30 additional tickets will be made available to the ESOs, for a total of $600,

Let it also be resolved that $600 be withdrawn from the senate unallocated account #6501-7805 and given to ESC for use as mentioned above.
