All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Recognition of the 35th Anniversary of KUCI

Whereas KUCI has been the campus radio station since 1969, and Whereas KUCI provides students and community members an opportunity to have their own radio shows, and Whereas independent radio stations that are not owned by a corporation are becoming increasingly less common, and Whereas KUCI provides a means for students and the surrounding community to hear non-mainstream music and opinions not offered by other stations in Orange County, Therefore, let it be resolved that ASUCI congratulates KUCI's staff and volunteers for the station's 35th anniversary of its founding and for their continuing contribution to the university and the surrounding community.
