REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: Shuttle Stop Covers

Whereas it is ASUCI?s role to represent the student interest;

Whereas numerous students have complained about the absence of an infrastructural cover at the flagpoles to protect students from rain and sun;

Whereas ASUCI has supported and continues to support Shuttle Services;

Whereas the administration/flagpoles stop is the most highly frequented stop and lacks any infrastructural covering;

Let it be resolved that Legislative Council charge Task Force to look into the issue of costs and types of potential infrastructural cover for the flagpole stop as well as sources of funding,

Let it finally be resolved that the Task Force report their finidngs on Tuesday February 15, during the Legislative COuncil Meeting.
