Synopsis: Appointment to Judicial Board

Whereas, Richard Nguyen has been on Judicial Board for the past year; and Whereas, Richard Nguyen has been the Judicial Board Chair since June 2004; and Whereas, Richard Nguyen has fulfilled all his duties and remained a neutral party in all cases and petitions sent to Judicial Board; and Whereas, Richard Nguyen?s term expires in Fall 2005; and Whereas, vacancies in the Judicial Board have existed prior to 2003 and continue to exist; Therefore, Let it be resolved that Richard Nguyen be re-appointed to Judicial Board for another term.
