All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas there have been Elections Commissioner vacancies since the inception of the 2004-2005 school year; and Whereas the Executive Vice President has failed to fill those vacant seats by seeking capable applicants; and Whereas the applications for Spring Elections have been released and it is therefore imperative to have a full staff of Elections Commissioners in order to orchestrate the upcoming elections; Therefore, Let it be resolved that Jennifer Wong be recommended for the position of Elections Commissioner for the remainder of the 2004-2005 school year; Let it finally be resolved that the Executive Vice President take special heed to this recommendation as it is his sole responsibility to provide a fair and just election for the entire student population of UCI. |
