Synopsis: Elections Commission Appointment

Whereas spring elections are around the corner, and Whereas there is a need for an elections commission who is in charge of making sure that the elections process is fair and that the elections code is respected, and Whereas Daniel Fabrega is currently not affiliated with other on-campus organizations and would therefore remain unpartisan in case of a dispute, and Whereas he is knowledgeable of the elections code and has a desire to become involved with ASUCI, Let it be resolved that Daniel James Fabrega be appointed as Deputy Elections Commissioner the ASUCI Spring Elections 2005.
