All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the Legislative Council agreed with the EVP's appointment of Virit Butani to the position of Elections Commissioner in the Fall of 2004, and Whereas the Legislative Council agreed with the EVP's appointment of Gil Gonzales to the position of Deputy Elections Commissioner, and Whereas EVP Alexander Fuqua has been informed that he appointed Gil and Virit to the incorrect positions, and Whereas Gil has served as the Elections Commissioner for the past two years, and Whereas Virit has served as the Deputy Commissioner of Logistics for the last two years,and Whereas both Gil and Virit has expressed desire to remain in the roles that they have functioned as for the past two years, Therefore, let it be resolved that the Legislative Council remedy the mistake of the EVP by allowing Gil and Virit to switch titles, Also let it be resolved that this is not a reappointment of either Gil or Virit as they have already been appointed, but simply a clerical fixer upper. |
