All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas constitutional amendments are necessary for the continued evolving structure of ASUCI, and Whereas previously proposed constitutional amendments have failed, and Whereas the Legislative Council should be an autonomous branch of ASUCI, and Whereas Legislative Council members are professionals and should be referred to as Senators, Therefore, let it be resolved that the attached constitutional amendments be approved for inclusion in the Spring 2005 election. Let it finally be resolved that this legislation shall be in effect as of Friday, April 15, 2005 in order to be included on the ballot for the Spring 2005 election. |
