All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: UCSA Budget Disapproval | |

| Whereas UCSA is a conglomeration of student governments that is made of a small portion of student from UCI and, Whereas UCSA is non-responsive to the needs put forth by ASUCI and the general student body and, Whereas UCSA is not providing UCI students with goods and services and, Whereas UCSA has not displayed a satisfactory level of accountability to the student constituencies that it represents, particularly, ASUCI and, Whereas UCSA has shown a poor level of accountability to the student run administration of UCSA and Whereas UCSA has shown poor accounting practice and fiduciary responsibility, Therefore, let it be resolved that ASUCI either remain a voting member of UCSA at a fee of one dollar per student or retract its affiliation with UCSA in the case of any increase in dues per student. |
