REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: The Removal of Roxann Belle from Leg Council

Whereas Roxann Belle has failed to attend any ASUCI Legislative Council events or meetings, and has failed to maintain correspondence in order to explain her absence. 

Whereas it is important that the Engineering Representative attend meetings in order to actively represent her constituents.

Whereas the Council By-Laws VI G state that:

3. Any Council member with four (4) total absences per quarter at Regular Council meetings shall be dismissed from Council.

4.Any Council member with four (4) total absences per quarter at Council Committee Meetings, shall be dismissed from Council.

Whereas the Council By-Laws XI A 1 state that Rules Committee shall be responsible for: 

b. Handling internal Council discipline in conjunction with the Council Chairperson.

Let it be resolved that Roxann Belle be removed from the ASUCI Legislative Council Engineering Seat.
