All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the school academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of the Executive Vice President have been working since June 2007, And whereas members of the staff have already been placed on payroll and begun performing their office duties, And whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their titles and as members of the staff to the Executive Vice President and afforded all priveledges associated with such appointments: Neena Dolwani-Cheif of Staff Dan Brooker-Board of Directors Melissa Atkin- Legislative Liason Alyssa Mervyn-Campus Organizing Director Neysa Nankervis- Legislative Analyst Alex Martos- Sr. Campaign Director Jesse Cheng- Campaign Director Danny Crecenti- Civics/Media Director Andrew Vo- University Affairs Director Megan Parry- Legislative Secretary Andrew Kim- Elections Commissioner
