All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the Academic Affairs Vice President has appointed commissioners for the office's programs and services for the 2007-2008 academic school year,
Let it be resolved that the Legislative Council confirm the following appointments and recognize these individuals as appointed commissioners for the following ASUCI programs and services: Chief of Staff: Oracio SanchezAcademic Senate Co-Commissioner: Jose Gonzalez Academic Senate Co-Commissioner: Perry Yates Student Recommended Faculty Program Commissioner: Tammy Tsou Student Recommended Faculty Program Commissioner: Sally Mouakkad Speakers and Debate Commissioner: Chelsea Sugimoto Professor Luncheons Commissioner: Lindsey Vo Publicity Commissioner: Christy Cheng UTeach Commissioner: Melody Madarang
