REQUEST FOR ACTION BY THE LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL 
 
All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: ASUCI Undergraduate Student Programming Funding Policy Amendment

Let it be resolved that the following changes be made to the ASUCI Undergraduate Student Programming Funding Policy.

 

Under Student Programming Funding Board, Section C. Membership, the following changes shall be made:

(C) Membership:

The Board shall consist of Seven (7) members made up as follows:

1) The ASUCI President or another Executive Officer.

1) Legislative Council Finance Chair.

1) Legislative Council Public Info Chair.

1) Legislative Council Rules Chair.

1) Cross Cultural Center member appointed by the umbrella council.

2) Student At-large member appointed by Legislative Council.

And the Undergraduate Student Programming Commissioner (non-voting) appointed by the Office of the President, and approved by the Legislative Council

(C) Membership:

The Board shall consist of Seven (7) voting members and One (1) ex-officio non-voting member, made up as follows:

1) The ASUCI President or another Executive Officer.

1) Legislative Council Finance Chair.

1) Legislative Council Public Info Chair.

1) Legislative Council Rules Chair.

1) Cross Cultural Center member appointed by the umbrella council.

2) Student At-large member appointed by Legislative Council.

1) Ex-officio, Judicial Board member (non-voting), appointed by the Judicial Board.

And the Undergraduate Student Programming Commissioner (non-voting) appointed by the Office of the President, and approved by the Legislative Council

 

Let it be resolved that ASUCI update the Undergraduate Student Programming Funding Policy and make changes necessary on personal records, as well as recommend Undergraduate Student Programming Funding Board to make the changes on their website, to reflect these changes.
