All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

Synopsis: TGIF Fee Initiative

Whereas it is within the power of ASUCI Legislative Council to initiate a  self-assessed fee initiative by a 2/3 vote of Legislative Council, and

Whereas stustainability is an issue of serious importance, and

Whereas students should have the ability to consider whether or not susainability is a suitable use of their fees,

Let it be resolved that the attached fee initiative to create The Green Initiative Fund, for UCI Campus Sustainability Purposes be placed on the ballot for the Spring 2008 elections.
