All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Synopsis: Increasing Public Access to ASUCI Judicial Board Rulings | |

Whereas it is in the best interest of the UCI Student body to have
complete and unobsructed access to ASUCI proceedings,
Whereas currently the ASUCI Judicial Board, here on referred to as
"J-Board," only makes their rulings available on the window of the
ASUCI office.
Whereas J-Board, as part of ASUCI, is funded by the students and is a
public entity,
Let it be resolved that J-Board post, in entirety, all of their
rulings from the 2004-2005 academic year onward on the ASUCI website.
Let it also be resolved that this resolution be carried out by May 30, 2008.
Let it finally be resolved that all future rulings of J-Board be
posted by the Justices of J-Board and/or the ASUCI Website
