The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full.

 Let it be resolved, that Eric Ly be appointed to the open At-Large seat on the Undergraduate Student Programming Funding Board.

Let it further be resolved, that his term begins June 16th, 2008 and continues until the end of the Spring Quarter of 2009.
