All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas it is provided for in the ASUCI Elections Code (Art. VII, Sec. A, Sub 4) that Fall Elections will be held during the 8th week of the quarter, and Whereas it follows the spirit of the ASUCI Elecitons for candidates to enjoy the full amount of campaign time allowed to candidates of other years and this years national General Election caused conflicts with this schedule, Let it be resolved that the ASUCI Fall '08 Elections schedule be changed as follows: -The elections packet will be made available by Friday of week 4 -That said packets will be due by Wednesday of week 6. -Finally that voting will take place as scheduled during week 8 between monday and thursday as stated in the Elections code. Let it finally be resolved that these changes only pertain to the Fall Elections of 2008. |
