All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the school academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of the Executive Vice President have been working since June 2008, And whereas members of the staff have already been placed on payroll and begun performing their office duties, And whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their titles and as members of the staff to the Executive Vice President and afforded all priveledges associated with such appointments: Rob Olson-Cheif of Staff Andres Gonzales-Board of Directors Joe Cobarrubio- Legislative Liason Jane Phan-Campus Organizing Director Kevin Cheng- Legislative Analyst Anush Patel- Campaign Director Doris Su- Legislative Secretary Neena Dolwani- Elections Commissioner |
