All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas the school academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of Student Services have been working since June 2008, And whereas members of the staff have already been placed on payroll and begun performing their office duties, And whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of Student Services and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments: Kyoko Utsumi - Chief of Staff Andrew Vo – Deputy Chief of Staff Kevin Huynh – Campus Events Co-Commissioner Gina Shandler – Campus Events Co-Commissioner Jennie Fou – Concerts Co- Commissioner Ben Zdeba – Concerts Co-Commissioner Janet Lee – Films Commissioner Kristin Oto – Spirit Commissioner
