All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas the school academic year has begun and multiple members of the staff in the Office of Student Services have been working since June 2009 on major campus festivals, Whereas it is customary for the appointments of an Executive officer to be approved by the Legislative Council (Art IV, Sec. B, Sub 2), Let it be resolved that the following students be confirmed in their respective positions as members of the staff of the ASUCI Office of Student Services and afforded all privileges associated with such appointments: Kevin Huynh – Chief of Staff Jun Wang – Festivals Co-Commissioner Jessica Ball – Festivals Co- Commissioner Ben Teller – Concerts Commissioner Kevin Woods – Films Commissioner Steve Scifo – Business Marketing Commissioner
