All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas, the Elections Commissioners is responsible in facilitating and supervising the ASUCI Elections and other duties as listed in the Elections Code XI. A.-F., Whereas, the Elections Commissioners is are paid $300 for the work they do for each election, Whereas, the past 2009 Elections Commissioner Kelli Chew has gone above and beyond in beginning her elections work not stipulated in the elections code in the month of January by facilitating and providing elections code revision through meetings with ASUCI staff and the Ad-Hoc Committee, Whereas, it is not the Elections Commissioner’s duty to create elections code revisions, however, in the effort to create a more fair and representative election, Whereas, Elections Commissioners are paid Whereas, Kelli Chew had spent an extra 6 weeks prior to the Spring 2009 Elections in creating and rewriting the elections code, Let it therefore be resolved that, Kelli Chew be paid $225 for the work she had put in revising the Elections code, Let it therefore further be resolved that Kelli Chew be paid from Executive Vice President Elections Budget Account #6423-7110.
