All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

| Whereas, a seat on the ASUCI Judicial Board became vacant on June 14th, 2009 when previous justices graduated, Whereas, according to the ASUCI Constitution (Article V, Section B, Subsection 3) the Executive Cabinet is charged with “Nominating all appointments to the Judicial Board for approval by a two-thirds (2/3) vote of the Legislative Council”,
Whereas, after reviewing the applications and conducting interviews, the Executive Cabinet is nominating Benjamin Dye for a seat on the Judicial Board
Let it therefore be resolved that Benjamin Dye be appointed to a seat on Judicial Board until the conclusion of Winter quarter 2012. |
