All requests may be typed and submitted to the Executive Vice President no later 5:00 p.m. Thursday in order to be included in the agenda for the following Tuesday. The Executive Vice President reserves the right to delay the Request for Action to a later Council session if the Executive Vice President feels the agenda for the next schedule meeting is full. |

Whereas on January 12th, 2010 the country of Haiti experienced a massive and deadly earthquake, Whereas the Center for Service in Action (CSA) has organized a campus wide vigil for Haiti relief on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 5:00pm, Whereas it is important that Legislative Council and the UCI community to come together, to remember and to pay respect those who have been affected by this tragedy, Therefore, let it be resolved that Legislative Council be dismissed from 5:00-7:00pm of the council meeting on Thursday January 21, 2010 to attend the vigil for Haiti relief.
